At Cipher Cat Films, we strive to produce unique and innovative independent films on a minimal budget. Much like the founder's one-eyed, three-legged cat, by the same name, we set out daily to prove that no amount of obstacles should stand in the way of doing the things we want to do in life, including creating quality independent content. Whether due to a limited budget, unavoidable delays, or simply day to day set backs, life can stop us in our tracks. It's our job to start again, and keep moving, for as long as we're able to do so.

We seek to build a diverse team of creative voices on every project to facilitate a single shared vision.
